Position

Partner in the litigation group and the Head of Watson, Farley & Williams' Bangkok office and the Asia dispute resolution team, specialising in complex technical and international disputes, in particular, London and Asia-based arbitrations involving oil and gas, power and large-scale project disputes; also highly experienced in shipping litigation involving charterparty, bill of lading, commodities and ship sale and purchase disputes. Steven has sat as an arbitrator on several occasions in ICC, SIAC, TAI and ad hoc arbitrations. He regularly acts for Thai and Asia client base in cross-border international matters outside Thailand and the region.
