Kath joined Birketts in January 2010. She is a Partner and leads our Commercial Property Team in our Cambridge office.

Kath has over 30 years' experience acting for landowners and developers in connection with high profile and complex strategic land projects including site assembly, joint ventures, options and promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, structures for mitigating tax on equalisation and associated planning and infrastructure agreements. She is currently advising in connection with the development of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, a major development for the Southern Fringe of Cambridge.
