David W. Lawrence and Wayu Suthisarnsuntorn, as Partners.

 

David is a U.S. qualified lawyer (Illinois) who has been working in Thailand since 2010. David joined Pisut & Partners as a partner in January 2019, where he serves his corporate, SME and personal clients over a wide range of industries, regions and matters. David’s prior global role as Senior Legal Counsel for SET and SGX listed Sri Trang Agro-Industry, PCL, a key supplier to the automobile industry and Thailand’s largest producer of medical gloves, provided him the opportunity to facilitate the departure of their former joint venture partner and subsequently support the global expansion of their medical devices business. Prior to joining Sri Trang, David worked as a Senior Consultant at Tilleke & Gibbins, where he focused on complex disputes and led the firm’s regional hotels and hospitality practice group. David’s main expertise lies in devising and implementing effective, practical and commercially viable solutions to complex problems faced by companies and individuals.
