Position

Jeremy Dai is a senior partner of AnJie Law Firm. Jeremy has focused his practice on corporate, regulatory, private equity, venture capital, foreign direct investment and capital market. In particular, Jeremy is very active in telecom, media and technology area and has been recognized by Asia law as a leading lawyer in IT, Media and Telecom for three consecutive years and is endorsed by Chambers Asia as highly recommended in private equity area. He is also a frequent legal adviser to various multinationals in their business in China. Jeremy represented Shell on the Hangzhou Natural Gas Phase II JV with a total investment of approximately RMB3 billion, and represented Matrix, SBAIF, Northern Light, Legend Capital, China New Enterprise, KTB, KBCB, Finergy Capital, SBI Fudan Fund, Shanghai Alliance, in a variety of venture capital/private equity transactions in China.
