Mr. Jin’s main client base relates to the food, pharmaceuticals, automobile, publishing, media, computer software, energy, sports and education industries.

Mr. Jin started handling antitrust filings in 2007, having been involved in hundreds of M&A projects for multinationals including HP, Philips, BASF, BMW, Caterpillar, General Motors, Rosneft Oil and Xstrata. He also defended China Netcom in 2010 against alleged abuse of dominant market position claims, winning the case at both instances in court. He also represented Qihoo in their appeal of an antitrust dispute with Tencent.

Mr. Jin provides corporate counseling services to a number of Chinese and international companies, assisting clients with matters relating to antitrust compliance, responding to administrative investigations, anti-bribery controls, corporate governance and employee management. He has extensive experience in business negotiations and dispute resolutions.
