It regularly advises foreign and local clients on a wide range of corporate and private equity transactions. Its work involves the representation of M&A participants in virtually all capacities - purchasers, sellers, lenders and financial advisors, and its clients include foreign and local business enterprises, merchant banking and investment banking firms, boards of directors and special board committees. The firm brings its broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance transactions to bear in its work for private equity clients. Its private equity practice includes all aspects of transactional work, including representing private equity funds in the purchase and sale of their portfolio assets, as well as representing companies as sellers of assets to private equity funds or purchasers of fund assets.
