Peter heads Burness’ corporate finance unit. He advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. Since Peter’s return to Burness as a partner in 2001, he has led on many of the most significant corporate transactions in Scotland.
