The Legal 500

On August 28^th 2012, at the Hanoi Opera House, LCT Lawyers' Partner Dr Le Net was awarded the ‘Lawyer of the Year' award from the Minister of Justice. The award was presented to five lawyers among 7000 fully-fledged lawyers across the country whose work in typical cases made a major impact on society, creating breakthroughs in the establishment and application of law.   

Awards at the ceremony were presented to five honorable lawyers, 10 law firms of the year, five lawyers of the year and five lawyers acting for the community from across the country.  The awards are organized by the Vietnam Law Journal under the auspice of the Ministry of Justice and went through a jury from the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre, the Vietnam Lawyers Society and Vietnam Bar Federation.  Dr Net is among four other lawyers who possess ‘passion, legal practice with positive contributions and dedication to the society and development of legal profession.' 

Presenting the event was Deputy PM, Nguyen Xuan Phuc who gave praise to Vietnamese lawyers whose work has helped raise public awareness of the country's law and sustain social stability.
