The firm: S&I International Bangkok Office was founded in 1996 by Mr. Masafumi Iguchi, former patent examiner, patent appeal board examiner of the Japanese patent office, and a JICA expert to the department of intellectual property in Thailand. The firm has extensive experience in patent, petty patent, design and trade mark filing. S&I also has the capability to provide complete services in respect of copyright protection and litigation of IP infringement in Thailand and overseas. Our mutual relationships with foreign co-operative offices allow the firm’s sharp growth and the provision of excellent professional services around the region, including digests and analysis of all relevant regulatory and legislative activities.
