Position

Jules is a partner and head of the police actions team which brings actions against the police and other detaining authorities. Jules specialises inquests as well as complex claims for false imprisonment, assault, malicious prosecution, discrimination and judicial reviews. He has considerable experience in challenging the over-zealous policing of protests and the excessive use of anti-terror legislation, obtaining compensation for those adversely affected. Current cases include a group of clients affected by the misconduct of undercover police officers.
