Partner ?and head of family department; has an established reputation as a leader in the field of work concerning children – ‘possibly the market leader’; her range of expertise covers public law and private law children cases; adoption; abduction; declarations of parentage; surrogacy; issues of medical treatment for children; she is instructed ?by Children’s Guardians, Cafcass High Court Team and the official solicitor; she has represented children in landmark cases on child abduction and was appointed by the court to represent ‘Jodie’ as ?her guardian ad litem in the case of the conjoined twins. Over the ?last year she has focused increasingly on complex contact and residence cases.
