Within: Dispute resolution
LS Horizon Limited’s lawyers’ strengths lie in the ‘accuracy of their advice’. The team has been representing the Stock Exchange of Thailand after shares of Ascon Construction Public Company were delisted, and acting for True Move H Universal Communications in a dispute regarding the rights of mobile phone operators after licensing agreements end. Practice co-head Wanchai Yiamsamatha led both matters. Prechaya Ebrahim and Lersak Kancvalskul are the other key contacts.
