With over 20 years of experience in legal practice, including several years as legal counsel to leading international corporations, such as Perfetti Van Melle and Sony Corporation, Quang heads Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers' Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Quang’s dedication to the practice group has resulted in the team becoming one of the most prolific and knowledgeable in Vietnam, garnering a strong track-record of success. From 2010 to date, the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice has been recognised by Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific, The Legal 500, Asialaw Profiles, and Asian Legal Business (ALB) as a leader in Vietnam. Under Quang's leadership, the practice has successfully represented clients and advised on a variety of local and international disputes spanning all major areas.

Quang’s experience covers foreign investment, commercial transactions, employment, intellectual property, maritime and construction for dispute settlement work. From complex construction disputes to arbitrations over projects of national significance, Quang has been highly regarded by clients for his advocacy and strategic advice, being able to untangle complex and sensitive disputes involving the State authorities. He has successfully litigated for and against governments and government-linked entities.

Quang is also a well-known lecturer at the Judicial Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and is a respected arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

    On 6/20/2012, the National Assembly voted to adopt the Law on Price (the "LOP") in response to the public demand for an effective legal framework to control price manipulation from dominant enterprises such as gasoline, electricity, etc. The law will take effect from 01/01/2013 and repeal Ordinance No. 40/2002/PL-UBTVQH10 dated 26/4/2002 of the National Assembly Standing Committee (the "Ordinance"), which is conceived as outdated and containing certain provisions contravening the WTO’s regulation. This article describes the main features of the law and provides some insight into its potential impacts on the Vietnamese economy.
