Position
Partner who heads up the employee incentives group, specialising in all forms of equity and cash-based employee incentives and employment tax. Experienced in advising on the impact of corporate transactions (takeovers, (de)mergers, flotations, MBOs, business transfers) on executive and employee share plans, implementing HMRC-approved and non-approved employee share plans for public and private companies (both owner managed and private equity backed), and designing and drafting share plan documentation for domestic and international share plans.
