Provides tailored employment documentation/advice on all employment matters, including disciplinary issues, performance questions, ill health absences, dismissals, enforceability of restrictive covenants and settlement agreements. Advises clients in managing situations that arise in the workplace and in dealing with workplace disputes. Experienced in dealing with restructuring, redundancies and related matters. Represents clients at forums throughout the UK covering issues such as unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, breach of contract, discrimination and interdicts. Has been involved in significant business transfers in the public and private sectors. Sought after speaker, e.g., CLT, IoD, Scottish Discrimination Law Association and Law Society of Scotland’s Employment Law Group.
