Stamford Law comes out on top in M&A League Tables for Q1 2012
Stamford Law holds the distinction of being Singapore’s top M&A law firm in Asia Pacific Ex-Japan. This ranking was drawn from Bloomberg’s M&A Legal Advisory League Tables by volume for M&A Deals.
The Bloomberg M&A Advisory League Tables are the definitive publication for M&A advisory rankings. With other local law firms trailing behind, the value of Stamford Law's M&A deals at US$1.2 billion is the highest by a Singaporean law firm in the first quarter of this year for deals that were announced between January 1 and March 21. This distinction also translates to Stamford Law being the top Singaporean Law firm represented in the South East Asian M&A Legal Advisory League Tables for deals by volume. In addition to this, Stamford Law is the top Singaporean law firm in the Asia Pacific Private Equity table.
Additionally, Stamford Law has come out as the top law firm in the mergermarket South East Asia Legal Adviser League Table by Value. The mergermarket league tables are an independent M&A intelligence service.
Within Singapore, Stamford Law has also been named the No. 1 law firm for Singapore M&A Legal Rankings by the Thomson Reuters League Tables. This further cements Stamford Law's expertise within the M&A arena, not only in Singapore, but also in the greater Asia-Pacific.
