Career

Mr. Huang possesses rich knowledge and practical experience in the automobile, energy, high-end manufacturing, culture and education and communication technology industries. Mr. Huang has represented a number of MNCs, large-scale Chinese SOEs and listed companies with practices involving cross-border investment, M&A, liquidation and restructuring, etc.. In the automobile industry, energy and high-end manufacturing sectors, Mr. Huang has represented a variety of foreign and Chinese investors to set up businesses at home and aboard. Mr. Huang also has experience counseling start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, or well-established businesses for their investment, M&A, daily legal service and etc.

Mr. Huang also specializes in providing professional and efficient legal services in the competition and anti-trust areas. He provided compliance services such as filing concentrations of undertaking in China and worldwide, anti-trust and anti-unfair competition for dozens of multinational companies, listed companies and other leading companies in different industries such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles and spare parts, food, chemical industry, logistics and retail. Mr. Huang also regularly participates in international exchange activities in the anti-trust field.
