Mr. Wayne Chen received his LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law while majoring in International Economics, his Bachelor of Science from Fudan University while majoring in Information Management and his MBA from the CEIBS EMBA Course.  Mr. Chen used to serve in the legal department of a financial institute and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2000.
