Position
Partner, chairman of the firm. Mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate, LLPs and partnership. Neil has been a partner of the firm since 1986. He trained with Norton Rose in the City of London and following two years post-qualification experience he worked in Hong Kong for Johnson Stokes and Master, then the largest commercial firm in Hong Kong. There he specialised in banking litigation and then banking and corporate finance work. Upon his return to the UK, Neil joined the firm and with other partners built up the corporate practice to what it is today.
