Commercial dispute resolution.
Position
Partner in commercial dispute resolution team in the Southampton office. Her main area of work is the resolution of contract and tortuous disputes for commercial organisations (including corporates and partnerships). Hannah works for a variety of clients across a range of sectors including retail, technology and financial services; although as hotels and leisure sector lead at Thomas Eggar, her practice has a focus on that area. She encourages her clients to think practically and commercially about the resolution of disputes and regularly uses mediation and other ADR methods. Having said that, more traditional route of court proceedings or arbitration cannot be avoided and she has a wide range of experience in conducting proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal as well as arbitrations governed by the LCIA rules.
