Position
Charles is a partner in our London office specialising in trade and trade finance. He also specialises in carriage of goods, sale contracts, letters of credit and security over goods. He regularly advises on issues involving physicals and futures, credit risk and trading structures. His other main area of focus is international arbitration, including ICC and trade arbitrations. Charles is also a visiting professor at City University and lectures regularly for many other educational and commercial institutions.
