Ben Twitchen is a solicitor and the head of the Family Law department. He is based at Taylor Walton’s Harpenden office and specialises in advising and assisting on issues arising from seperation and the breakdown of relationships, as well as child law. Ben takes an empathetic approach, guiding towards an amicable solution wherever possible. Ben has had notable success in child abduction cases, preventing the removal of children from England.
