Marine has more than 18 years' experience in all areas of commercial property transactions.

She has extensive experience in acting for clients in acquisitions and dispositions of property, property redevelopment projects, all areas of leasing and subdivisions of land, and compulsory acquisitions.

Her clients include government (state government departments, federal government agencies, local government and statutory authorities), corporates, developers and private investors.

She regularly advises on real estate transactions requiring specialist knowledge of procurement and requests for tender, and policy objectives of government departments and statutory authorities.
