Insolvency and restructuring: Titus & Co. provides representation and advisory on complex issues emanating from the evolving Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). Titus & Co. has obtained precedent-setting orders from the National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and the High Courts in various commercial disputes.
