Partner in ECP dealing with adjudication, domestic and international arbitration, litigation, alternative dispute resolution and general project contract advice; experience includes acting for owners, contractors and specialist sub-contractors in major building, civil engineering, transportation, mechanical, electrical, oil, gas and process engineering disputes in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
