Position
Partner specialises in international trust and estate planning, capital and income taxation and offshore and onshore trusts, particularly for non-UK individuals and families, with particular emphasis on business owners and investors and UK property investment. The majority of his clients are from continental Europe, the Middle and increasingly the Far East.

Articled Lawrence Graham 1979; qualified 1981; trainee and solicitor Lawrence Graham until 1985; solicitor Freshfields 1985-90; joined Paisner & Co (now Berwin Leighton Paisner) 1990; partner since 1991; has lectured for the Institute of Taxation and STEP in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore, and has written for ‘International Tax Review’, ‘Tax Journal’ and ‘Trust & Estates’.
