Partner and practice group head of the corporate/commercial finance group of the litigation and dispute resolution department; deals with general commercial litigation and specialises in corporate claims for breach of contract, misrepresentation, breach of warranty claims on corporate sales and acquisitions, telecommunications, employment disputes including claims for wrongful dismissal, share option disputes, breaches of confidentiality, pension scheme disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, major property litigation and sport.

    On Friday 27 November 2009 the new European Commission, which will begin its mandate early in 2010, was announced by Commission President José Barroso.
