Position
Partner in corporate/corporate finance. Paul has significant public markets experience, particularly in relation to international offerings, listed funds and related governance and securities laws issues. He also advises on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including, in particular, joint ventures, M&A and restructurings. Paul’s work spans a number of sectors, in particular real estate, financial services and defence. Clients include the Stenham wealth management group and the Russian real estate developer, MirLand Development Corporation plc. Paul lectures regularly on issues arising in public markets transactions.
