Position
Partner. Scott specialising in project finance, particularly complex infrastructure and energy procurements. He has over ten years experience advising on infrastructure partnerships, including pathfinder and award-winning PFI/PPP projects. In PPP, Scott advises public sector procurers and project sponsors, subcontractors and funders across the heath, education, defence, government accommodation, roads and wastewater sectors. Scott also advises on power and renewables projects in the UK, Middle East and Asia and leads the firm’s work in the Sultanate of Oman.
