Position
Philippa specialises in infrastructure finance in the UK and emerging markets. Philippa acts for funders and sponsors to PFI/PPP projects in all sectors including waste, water, accommodation, health, leisure, renewables, blue light, roads and housing. International work includes transport and telecoms financings and most recently work for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in its countries of operation including Russia, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
