Elizabeth specialises in all areas of corporate taxation both in the UK and overseas. She has extensive experience of mergers, acquisitions, structured property and structured finance transactions. She also has experience in property-related tax issues including VAT, capital allowances and stamp duty land tax. Elizabeth is a chartered tax adviser and speaks regularly at external conferences.
