Position
Andrew specialises in all aspects of real estate finance. He has wide experience of the origination and restructuring of syndicated and bilateral financial facilities and all aspects of security. Andrew has recently acted on some of the largest real estate finance restructurings in the market. He acts for funds, banks, institutions, finance houses, senior and mezzanine funders and corporate borrowers. Andrew has previously been seconded to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, Barclays Capital and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
