Position
Damian specialises in UK and international tax and estate planning, with a particular focus on the use of offshore trusts and companies by non-UK domiciled individuals. He also advises individuals and trustees on the UK taxation of investments, as well as all aspects of UK personal taxation, with an emphasis on advising entrepreneurial clients. He also advises institutional wealth management clients on tax and trust aspects of investment structures, both on creation and implementation. Damian also advises on contentious trust and tax matters, acting for individuals, executors, trustees and beneficiaries on high value trust, estate and tax disputes.
