Position
Partner in projects, specialising in international project finance, energy and infrastructure projects (particularly renewables). Recent work includes: representing the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund in the acquisition and project financing of landfill gas generation portfolios; representing Energy Power Resources Limited in the project financing of a biomass generation portfolio; representing a venture capital fund in its investment in wind generation assets; and advising HVB on the issuance of a bond to finance the acquisition and development of wind farms.
