Position
Wendy is the joint head of the real estate disputes group specialising in the avoidance and resolution of all forms of real estate disputes, including development disputes, joint venture disputes, rent reviews, professional negligence, rights of light and insolvency. Wendy also provides transactional risk analysis and structuring advice in complex multi-disciplinary real estate transactions.

Trained Clifford-Turner, qualified 1984; partner and head of real estate litigation, Clifford Chance 1991-2006; Berwin Leighton Paisner, joint head of the group 2006 to date.
