Position
Tom’s practice covers all major securitisation asset classes, including RMBS, CMBS, whole businesses, IP and media rights. He has been involved in both UK and cross-border transactions, in particular in France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg and Russia. Tom has been responsible for securitising a wide range of assets including Bernie Ecclestone’s Formula One motor racing business, Dignity’s funeral homes business, Prologis’ pan-European distribution centre portfolio and Gazprom’s gas export revenues.
