Position

Adam is head of the firm’s projects group. Adam has extensive experience in the energy and oil and gas industries as well as general corporate matters. Having spent four years as the legal manager of a UK independent oil company (as well as one year seconded to Elf Petroleum) Adam has extensive experience of the oil and gas industry. Adam advises upon a wide range of commercial, corporate, energy and oil and gas matters including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, asset exchanges, concession agreements, project and corporate finance, oil and gas processing and transportation and oil and gas product sale and supply arrangements. He has notable experience advising on transactions in various jurisdictions including India, Pakistan, Australia and the United States, as well as numerous jurisdictions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Adam also deals with bidding agreements, drilling contracts, integrated service agreements, joint operating agreements, licence applications, pipeline and transportation agreements, crossing agreements, production sharing contracts, unitisation and asset and corporate acquisitions and disposals. Adam also advises in relation to LNG, power and petrochemical projects.
