Specialising in the hotel and leisure industry, Andrew chairs BLP’s firmwide hotel group; work includes purchase and sale of hotels and leisure businesses, negotiating hotel management agreements and operating leases, advising on financing of hotel and leisure projects, negotiating joint ventures and development agreements and advising on franchising and time-sharing arrangements. Frequently lectures at seminars and conferences for the hotel industry.
