Reported cases include: Hutchinson Personal Communication Ltd v Hook Advertising Ltd [1995] FSR 365 (secondary infringement of copyright); Source Ltd v TUV Rheinland Holding AG [1997] 3 WLR 365 (jurisdiction in contract/tort disputes); Equipment and Controls Cayman Islands Ltd v L M Solutions (UK) Ltd [2000] All ER (D) 1685 (adequacy of undertakings offered in lieu of an injunction); USP Strategies plc v London General Holdings Limited (the Times 30 April 2004) (legal professional privilege and third party disclosure); London General Holdings Ltd v USP Plc [2006] FSR6 (basis on which damages are awarded for infringement of copyright); Bouverie No1 Ltd v De Vere Hotels & Leisure Ltd [2006] 103 (37) LSG 31 (trade mark infringement/breach of contract in the context of a speedy trial); Imerman v Tchenguiz [2009] 1 FCR 14 (breach of confidence/privacy); Imerman v Tchenguiz (No 2) [2009] EWHC 2902 (QB) (legal professional privilege).
