Position
Partner and head of trusts and personal tax planning group. Works on offshore holdings, family office governance and office structures, family agreements and structure resolution, shareholders’ and investment agreements, negotiating share valuations and handling asset tracing; relationship management agreements for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Also acts for family office companies, start-ups and in the commercialisation of ideas and inventions often for grant making and receiving bodies.

Trained Paisner & Co (now Berwin Leighton Paisner); qualified 1981; assistant solicitor Paisner & Co 1981-86; appointed partner 1986; graduate recruitment partner 1990; group head 1992; publications: contributor to Butterworths ‘Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precendents’, Volume 14 of 5th Edition.
