Position
Partner, head of EU and competition. Practised in London and Brussels for many years, and has represented numerous major organisations in proceedings at Community and national level. Has extensive experience of advising on mergers and joint ventures in a wide variety of sectors, and has advised on major behavioural investigations at European and national level. Has wide experience of advising on UK competition law and multi-jurisdictional cases, and in other fields including State aids, public procurement, the EU single market and various regulated sectors.
