Position
Corporate tax partner, involved in tax and corporate transactions, including M&A; tax and financial instruments; property tax (including REITs and SDLT); and VAT litigation and planning. Acted for Credit Suisse on its disposal of interests in one of its London HQ buildings; for the Balfour Beatty group on its revised JV arrangements with Royal Mail; and continuing to provide advice in relation to the 2012 Olympic Games.
