Position
Head of the intellectual property department. Has a wide range of experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including copyright and design rights, trade marks, passing off, patents and breach of confidence. Simon has been named as one of the 50 most influential people within the design industry in ‘Design Week’. He is the secretary of the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA) and is a member of the editorial board of ‘Copyright World’, for whom he regularly writes articles.

Member of the editorial board of ‘Copyright World’; contributor to ‘The Trade Mark Handbook’; and co-author of ‘Intellectual Property Law’, Palgrave MacMillan.
