Partner and head of employment, immigration and pensions department advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment work including: contractual and policy documentation, redundancies and reorganisations, the review and rationalisation of employment practices for employers, senior executive remuneration packages and departures, competition from ex-employees and team moves, tribunal and high court cases, transactional work including TUPE, discrimination and other employment-related legislation and industrial relations and recognition.
