BLM's team, which is headed by Elliot Pound, is, according to one client, 'quite excellent in all respects and always very responsive'. It advises clients in the schools sector on risk management issues pertaining to disciplinary procedure policies, admissions and academy conversions. The group acted for St Olave’s Grammar School on a controversial issue pertaining to the grades required to progress to A-level courses, which included a contentious element. The well-regarded Richard Wilkins and Tim Smith are other noted names and associate Geneviève Rich is also 'excellent'.
