The 'excellent' Matthew Harrington heads up the office's general liability and occupational disease sub-group and as part of his broad-ranging practice regularly handles catastrophic injury cases including group litigation. Harrington also often advises clients in crisis management in the aftermath of serious incidents and in the defence of organisations against health and safety prosecutions. Kerris Dale heads the office's specialist motor unit and has vast experience handling a range of motor claims, from small straightforward matters through to catastrophic injury claims.
