Position
Paul is a finance partner specialising in advising lessors, banks and manufacturers on aviation finance and leasing. Paul has over 25 years’ experience of advising banks and lessors on loan – and lease – financing of aircraft, and of advising manufacturers on support for such financing. His aviation finance and leasing experience includes operating leasing, engine leasing, corporate jets and helicopters. Paul was the exclusive winner in the aviation category (UK) of the ILO Client Choice Awards 2010. Nominations for these awards are made by corporate counsel only. Paul’s experience covers tax-based and non tax-based financings, operating leasing, sales and purchases, lease novations and aircraft repossessions.
