Planning and environment team.
Partner and team leader of the planning and environment teams. He has particular experience of the mining and waste industries and is a trustee of the Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum. He has passed the Royal Town Planning Institute examinations. He appears as an advocate in planning inquiries and in the Lands Tribunal, as well as in the Magistrate's court in connection with planning and environmental prosecutions.
