WongPartnership LLP's practice is led by Vivien Yui and Jenny Tsin, who have a wide range of employment, corporate, compliance and disputes expertise, as well as experience in ancillary areas including health and safety. The team acted for the ex-CEO and the Rothschild Trust Guernsey in a multimillion-dollar claim against Noble Resources and the Noble Group for unpaid dividends, bonuses, stock options and shares owing during the CEO's employment. It is also advising SMRT on its review of its HR disciplinary procedures and guidelines relating to its employees who number some 9,500. Other work includes assisting with exit packages for senior executives.
