Clients include major domestic and international financial institutions, treasury and financial departments of established companies and domestic and international issuers.
The litigation and dispute resolution group is a market leader in Singapore, it is involved in a wide spectrum of contentious work and has teams focusing on banking and financial disputes; commercial and corporate disputes; international arbitration; general disputes; and infrastructure, construction and engineering. Led by four senior counsel, it has extensive expertise in litigation and arbitration not only in Singapore but in all the principal arbitration venues in Asia, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
The firm has an active international practice in key jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific, serviced by offices in China and the Middle East. It also has a thriving India practice and significant initiatives in Vietnam and other South East Asian countries.
